Healable is a Telehealth patient engagement app that allows health care professionals to communicate with patients via secure and private video consults, text messaging and group messaging. It also allows health care professionals to co-ordinate care by allowing them to communicate with each other to privately discuss patient cases and share relevant patient records. Patients can use this same platform to create online support groups to support and network with other patients with similar health conditions.
