Be What You See Consultancy is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training company. We offer training packages for adults and young people in sectors including Sport, Health and Education. Our training covers the following areas of EDI including Anti-Racism, LGBTQIA+ awareness, Neurodiversity and Active Bystander training. Our training packages equip participants with the knowledge, skills and resources to reduce discrimination. Our mission is we want to create a world where hate and discrimination is not tolerated, and everyone understands the true meaning of EDI. Our view is that everyone has an active role to play in establishing a welcoming and inclusive environment. We see EDI work as everyone’s responsibility.
