Diligent Consulting Limited (DCL) is a dynamic, state of the art, quality driven firm established in 2007 with a capable team of experienced and multidisciplinary Consultants and Associates. The Directors of DCL have the vision, passion, knowledge and skills that are needed to contribute to socio-economic development for poverty reduction in rural and urban areas. Its Directors bring together over 25 years of consulting experience in the fields of agricultural production and economics as well as business management. This is drawn from the private for profit business sector, private for non-profit civil society sector as well as from the public sector - multilateral bilateral and National Governments in Tanzania and abroad. DCL offers both consulting and advisory services on management and policy issues. DCL outreaches in major parts of the country through its carefully selected network of Associate Consultants. Its sub regional network in Kenya and Uganda constitutes association with Steenstrup Consulting Services and Friends Consults respectively. DCL serves by supporting its clients through participatory problem diagnosis process to identify and develop solutions that meet the specific needs of the client(s).
