We do this by cultivating emerging leaders, the all-stars on your team who are defining success, setting cultural norms, and taking on increasing responsibility. Through coaching, cohort programs, and team workshops, we help technology companies develop their all-stars and ultimately grow organizational resilience. Cusp values diversity and racial justice in the workplace, and we actively encourage leaders of color and of other underrepresented groups to inquire about our services. Furthermore, we reserve 10% of our work hours towards pro-bono coaching for marginalized communities.
