Alicia is a Designer and Creative Lead, focused on visual design and brand strategy. For the past five and a half years, was a part of Ideo’s San Francisco Studio—collaborating with startups and Fortune 500 companies to help develop and launch new brands as well as relaunching existing brands with renewed relevance. She’s comfortable operating strategically- establishing guiding visions for new products and pipelines, service design, visual brand expression, and defining organizational purpose - as well as tactically - creating deliverables ranging from product naming to brand toolkits, from packaging to websites, multi-channel campaigns, and beyond. Alicia believes her best work is done when she can embed within her client’s organization. Much of her past work has been co-locating with clients to enable collaboration, teach the design thinking process, and foster internal ownership over content. As needed, she’s able to tap her extensive network to grow and streamline resources as needed to move projects at the necessary pace.
