The purposes of the Utah Masonry Council are: To promote the use of masonry products in commercial and residential construction; To encourage the development of quality masonry construction; To create a standard of excellence in manufacturing and workmanship of masonry construction; To facilitate the acquirement and interchange of practical knowledge among its members; To arrange and provide for advertising the use of masonry; To gather data and issue bulletins of promotional character; To exercise a positive influence on the quality of masonry to the end that Association standards may be maintained; To secure more efficient cooperation with the Government and Agencies as related to the masonry industry.
