One to one coaching and mentoring service because we are convinced it is the quickest and most cost-effective way of achieving positive and profitable change. Our coaching / mentoring meetings are conducted online or face to face typically the sessions last an hour and are held every week, or fortnightly, or monthly. We ask for no contract or minimum term. A key aspect of our approach is to introduce the concept of “The Profit Driven Employee” where the coachee is coached to take personal ownership of the value they deliver to you and to take responsibility for their relationships within your business and market. If you engage us, we will ask you three questions in relation to the person to be coached: 1. What would you like them to do more of? 2. What would you like them to do less of? 3.
