Mazzone Management Group is a multi-faceted food, beverage and hospitality company. The company began with the Glen Sanders Mansion in 1988 by providing a facility for high-end banquet and a la carte dining. In 1996 Mansion Catering became the exclusive caterer at the Hall of Springs, which is located on the grounds of the magnificent Saratoga Performing Arts Center. In 2005 Angelo's 677 Prime opened in Downtown Albany's theater district, a popular steakhouse and wine bar which showcases the art of renowned local artists. In 2007 MMG took over food and beverage services at Saratoga National Golf Club, and opened Prime at Saratoga National, and Aperitivo Bistro in Schenectady.. In addition, MMG offers a full-service off-premises catering division. MMG manages a corporate dining division which includes several large corporate dining locations.
