The Wesleyan is a faith-based nonprofit provider of health and aging services, and everything we do is dedicated to nourishing mind, body, personal relationships and spirit. We offer a full continuum of care, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health, Caregiver Services, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Hospice.
