We’re working with organisations like development finance institutions, private equity, venture capital funds, and other companies and institutions across the region to create better gender balance in Africa’s boardrooms. Our pipeline of talent, combined with a uniquely collaborative and objective approach, is driving a fundamental shift in the gender balance among leadership teams in businesses across Africa.
