Cynergy Partners, Inc. was formed in September 2006 as a Texas Corporation. Cynergy’s focus was to develop acquisition opportunities to enhance residual income for itself and its investors. Cynergy Partners focus is to acquire assets that generate monthly cashflow. Some of these assets would include, Real estate, Natural resources, oil and gas development and support products. The majority of the Company’s programs are venture capital direct participation programs. Current programs include oil and gas development, lease hold programs and real estate acquisition.
