Capsule custom designs, manufactures, and installs prefabricated modular products for trade-dense, high cost-per-square-foot construction projects. In the beginning, they focused on hospitality, providing prefab solutions for cafés, coffee shops, and other customer-facing food service buildouts. Capsule has expanded to a larger scale, multi-family developments, and utility-heavy commercial projects. In the next year, leadership hopes to push more solidly into the residential, education, and medical development industries. This shift does not change Capsule’s offering or specialties but utilizes its products across a wider range of applications.
