Next Chapter Properties, LLC is a small, independent real estate company located in Delta, Colorado. The company currently specializes in residential sales and property management and serves both Delta and Montrose Counties. Being independent affords us the ability to work with a greater variety of other real estate companies with greater ease and efficiency. We also have the ability to seek outside help in most other forms of real estate transactions.
