Human Services Campus
www.hsc-az.orgThe Human Services Campus opened its doors in November 2005. Our mission is "Using the Power of Collaboration to End Homelessness." Located just west of downtown Phoenix, nearly 1,000 individuals per day seek services at the Human Services Campus. As a place, nearly 20 non-profit organizations work in collaboration on the Campus to assist each individual's unique requirements to end their homelessness. As a non-profit organization, in addition to overseeing partner collaboration and Campus operations, the Human Services Campus, Inc. (HSC) provides programs that directly serve clients. These programs include Client Intake and Assessment at the Brian Garcia Welcome Center (the "front door" to the campus), Reunification with Family, Post Office Services, Bag Storage and Navigation to Housing. Our staff creates a customized housing plan for each individual, and connects people to all of our partner services on the campus, including identification, physical, dental and mental healthcare, shelter services, meals, benefits, homeless court and employment. Over 2,000 individuals were connected to housing in the past year.
