South Eastern Counselling and Psychology is a private psychological practice established in 2012. The psychologists at South Eastern Counselling and Psychology are committed to the local community, and to improving the health and well-being of our clients. We provide services to adults, children, adolescents, families and organisations. The service was established to meet an overwhelming demand for mental health services in the broader South East Melbourne region and focuses on high quality, low cost counselling and psychological service in these areas. Under Medicare, individuals can claim rebates for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year. To be entitled to these rebates, you must be eligible for a Mental Health Care plan, which your GP or psychiatrist can provide. After 10 sessions are reached, we can then offer a paid counselling service. We continue to provide bulk billing (no cost) services for Centrelink beneficiaries.
