Elements of Empowerment delivers interactive and creative resilience building programmes that enable young people to nurture their personal growth. We design and deliver customised group and individual resilience building programmes for educational, community and private environments. Full day workshops and modular 6 - 8 week programmes are designed to be creative and interactive; utilising group discussions, art, drama and music to instill the core messages. Participants complete the programme with a foundation in personal development, emotional resilience and anxiety management that prepare them for life’s transitions.
