The goal of CLFS is to be able to offer our services to all within your organisation. Catherine will be working as a consultant and can provide one to one advice and tuition, or larger seminars for management groups. Check out the “About Catherine” section on our website which tells you a little more about our founder. We can support you through concerns and allegations, and complete the investigation or post allegation we could do a Reflective Case Review to highlight areas to consider to ensure learning from the experience. We offer training in the form of a standard training programme, or you can customise your package to meet your needs, as our training programmes can be completely bespoke. This will either be carried out by Catherine or one of our colleagues, experienced and suited to deliver the programme.
