Healing Schools Project partners with schools, districts, and networks to overcome widespread teacher burnout and turnover. Our goal is to help teachers bring their best to the classroom and enable greater learning and overall well-being among their students. The Healing Schools Project takes a three-pronged, anti-racist approach to this work through research-backed interventions that address teacher well-being, school leadership, and school culture.
