The COMMIT Foundation focuses on changing the way highly talented veterans think about transition and creating serendipity for them by fostering mentorship, networking, and inspiration. COMMIT works along three lines of operation: mentoring workshops, one-on-one transition assistance, and corporate education. COMMIT believes that the first step in veterans identifying an appropriate career path is to better understand their values and identity beyond the military. Our programs increase their comfort level with business leaders, their awareness of their core values, and lead them to the best individual career path.
