The founding partners, Donald B. Peadon and Timothy J. Finein, have over 40 years of combined experience in commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors of the building design and planning industry. In addition to this, we have extensive experience in graphic design. Working together as a team for over 10 years prior to forming our business, we tend to balance each other’s talents. Overall, we both have high aptitudes for design and customer/client relations along with a strong desire to create a positive work culture.
