The Promise Partnership is a community outreach initiative in partnership with Crescent Valley and the North End in Saint John. The Promise Partnership was born out of a commitment by UNB Saint John students, faculty and staff to act as a good neighbour to the surrounding area. Today the Promise Partnership has invested its efforts with a growing number of partners in two neighbourhoods, Crescent Valley and the North End. Now in its 10th year and still growing strong, the Promise Partnership offers a variety of unique programs that reach students of all ages. The Promise Partnership is helping UNB to fulfill commitments under its recently approved strategic plan including goals to provide exceptional opportunities to our students while building a better UNB and a better province. Through the help of many partnerships along the way, the Promise Partnership has grown into a powerful link between the neighbourhood youth and their prospective educational attainment.
