We work with the unconscious dynamics affecting business performance. We work as part of a network of local and international senior organisational consultants, leadership coaches and institutions, who all share the same approach: viewing organisations as systems, with both conscious and uncosncious 'minds of their own'. We work with a very minimal full-time staff as we leverage the resources of the colleagues in our network. This enables us to be flexible and adaptable and to pull together the most appropriate consultancy team for each client.
