Chicago Journal has covered the South Loop, West Loop and Near West Side neighborhoods since Oct. 2000 and is recognized as one of the top weekly community newspapers in the city. The recipient of numerous awards for reporting, photography and design, Chicago Journal was identified last year by Editor and Publisher Magazine as one of 10 papers in the country that "do it right." Distributed throughout the neighborhoods it covers at cafes, shops and in newspaper boxes on the street, 13,000 Chicago Journals are printed each week.
