VW Cuisines & Concepts Pvt Ltd. is an umbrella company for FIO Restaurants. Started as a labour of love by Mr. Vineet Wadhwa, the vision is to create quality experiences & business within Hsopitality and F&B in urban India. Launched in 2009, the brand path has evolved over the past 10 years with changing market trends and new themes. The company currently operates three ventures- FIO Country Kitchen & Bar (2009) FIO Cookhouse & Bar (2013), DANDY - The Fio Bar (2019) and FIO POP - an all-new European Cafe model (2021). Other ventures by the promoters include 'Cuisines & Concepts Catering' - which is the catering arm of FIO Restaurants, and an upcoming Indian delivery kitchen called 'Charcha Gully'.
