We are an action research firm. We focus on regional and domestic social and environmental problems like water, agriculture and education. We help groups of organizations negotiate and implement solutions to those challenges. We help by building an "enabling environment," meaning the conditions that enable parties to craft and implement self-governing agreements. We work with our partners to measure and strengthen inclusion, common understanding, skill in the crafting and management of self-governing agreements, and trust.
