We are a boutique, high-touch retainer search firm in which only our senior partners execute all aspects of our searches. Our partners have either worked for at least one of the global retainer search firms or held senior roles within Fortune 500 companies previously. We maintain office is Atlanta, New York, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Chicago and Denver. We take on only between two to four searches per team at any one time, allowing us to provide a much higher personal involvement with our clients. Coupled with weekly Status Reports and Conference Calls to ensure accountability, we have been successful maintaining a client repeat rate of 90% while completing high-level assignments quickly.
