IMPACT BARCELONA is a personalized educational health program designed to take you to the next level of awareness and ownership over your mind & body. You will be apart of a strict 8-week regime in order to awaken your true spiritual, mental and physical potential. You will experience the benefits of an optimized nutritious lifestyle (eliminating sugars, alcohol, gluten, dairy, red meat and caffeine) in combination with balanced movement sessions to reprogram negative adopted habits and consciously create new beneficial ones that stick. You will be thoroughly tested on your food intolerances and physical imbalances. This allows us to create a personalized IMPACT program. You will also have the opportunity to experience some of the most powerful and developing Shamanic ceremonies facilitated by experienced Masters. During the course of 8 weeks, various workshops will be given as a part of the educational purpose that lies within this program.
