The Mad Duck Coalition publishing house is a group of innovative intellectuals who want to publish what they are passionate about without concerning or compromising themselves or their work solely in the hopes of being published. Instead, The MDC was formed as a means to publish quality works that intellectually stimulate the mind, not necessarily the pockets. We wholeheartedly believe that quality and commerciality are two different things and that quality is far more important. What kinds of work does The Mad Duck Coalition publish? The Mad Duck Coalition has simple quackteria: if you have something written up that has academic merit and is radical or revolutionary (or just a little too unconventional/niche for the regular agent/publisher to take on) we want to see it. Length and size don’t matter; if your work fits the bill, we want to see it. Buzz words we love: experimental, innovative, literary, genre, speculative, new, and original, hell, even weird.
