𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. - Our factory is built in 2001 and the production is optimized for die casting of zinc parts in many varieties. We develop and design casting tools based on computer analysis. The die casted zinc products are typically produced in series ranging from 1.000 to 500.000 pcs. pr. year. Casting of all variants of cast parts takes place in casting cells equipped with robots to ensure the uniformity of the quality in the casting. This also helps us in our efforts to have a minimum of operator involvement in the process. Quality is the core of Great Design.
