Flack Manor Brewery is a thriving, friendly brewery based in Romsey, Hampshire. The company is passionate about brewing and their portfolio of ales - Flack Catcher, Flack's Double Drop, Hedge Hop, Romsey Gold and regular seasonal ales Black Jack Porter, Wolfie-T, Union Flack. Providence is important to Flack Manor, who source only locally produced barley and hops from the South East of England. Each ale goes through the double drop fermentation process to produce a consistently top quality ale, whichever brand is being brewed. Flack Manor are regular SIBA Award winners and in 2018 became category winner with Romsey Gold at the national event BeerX. Flack Manor Brewery has many local historic connections and their own brewery shop - 'The Flak Shack', is modelled on the WW2 Flak Shack at nearby Stanbridge Earls, a respite home for recuperating airmen. Aswell as interesting WW2 regalia, a variety of bottled ales can be purchased, along with other brewery merchandise. Hours are 9am - 5pm.
