Hi. So, Shower in a Can ... What is it? In short, we’re developing Shower in a Can® - a dry shower product ... that’s in a can ... It’s an antibacterial foam you apply all over your skin and hair, that requires no rinsing and that dries quickly and naturally - no need for a towel either! Basically - it’s a Shower ... in a Can (see what we’ve done there?) It’s in testing at the moment with some lab boffins taking time off from doing rocket science, so we need to wait a few weeks before we can test it on some students; but we’ve been using it over the past couple of months and there’s been no noticeable impacts on us! We always look like this! It’s vegan friendly, so no animal testing or animal derived ingredients, it doesn’t use alcohol or parabens, and as the name suggests, it’s in a 100ml recyclable aluminium can (not plastic) and has a pump dispenser that generates the foam – not need for SSLs! Now - there are obvious places where this could be used - camping, festivals, sporting events ... simply anywhere you can’t get a shower, but you want to get clean and fresh. Initially we’re focussing Shower in a Can on those who aren’t comfortable showering in public, but want to do exercise or sport, or those who have trouble showering themselves, due to age, injury or disability allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.
