Employment Resource Team, LLC offers creative consulting solutions to Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies, Career Transition, Employment Services, and Training Workshops. We also help companies save money and time in customer retention through Customer Service Training for their employees. We consult individuals on how to best market their skills and talents to prepare them for interviews that lead to employment or a career transition. We also offer "Barriers to Employment" and "Employability Skills Set" workshops to assist clients in finding solutions to getting employment. All of our workshops can be done in Spanish or bilingual, English and Spanish.
