Healthy Self. Healthy Life., PLLC is the mental health, clinical supervision, and community support practice of Hannah Dudley, LMFT. Based in Denver, serving all Colorado residents via Telehealth or In-Person. Working with individuals, couples, and families (12 & up) through major shifts in their lives. Hannah specializes in grief & loss, trauma healing, relationship repair, and supporting other therapists. I believe that life should be a journey where we get to do the things we love, the things that restore and energize us, the things that give our lives meaning. Sometimes we encounter struggles or get off-track from a path that nurtures and heals us, lacking the health and energy we need to participate fully in our lives.
