Over Innovation of Inertia is a social impact organization (non-for-profit) with a 501(C)(3). It utilizes research to facilitate curriculum to inspire sustainable community change through (H.E.L.P) Health, Economic Development, Law and Policy. This is accomplished through our grassroots research approach based on individual and community needs. In collaboration with community, each program is created with a clear intention, objectives, short- and long-term goals. Sustainable change is accomplished through creating bills, laws or policies which protect community short- and-long term interests.
