Cape Fear Council of Governments is the Lead Regional Organization for Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender counties. The CFCOG is located at 1480 Harbour Dr in Wilmington, NC. The CFCOG administers a variety of federal, state, and local programs on behalf of its 44 member governments and their citizens. Programs include the Area Agency on Aging, the Cape Fear Workforce Development Board, the Cape Fear Rural Transportation Planning Organization, and the Tri-County Homeless Interagency Council, as well as direct technical assistance to member governments.
