Post demonetisation, it has become even more difficult for him as his e-literacy limits him from being efficient. We manage and provide cashless channels for all the major requirements of a fleet owner along with a working capital credit limit to run their operations. We also provide them scale based discounts on fuel, insurance and auto parts purchase. Business Development Intelligence- The main objective of our services is to increase the return on asset for our customers. Under-utilisation of trucks is the biggest problem that the open market inter-city transportation industry faces in India. The primary causes of under-utilisation are demand variability at each city, and more importantly, limited intelligence to evaluate available loads at the fleet owner level. We share with our customers requirements relevant to their vehicles and also help them in selecting the best load available in the market using a proprietary intelligence system that optimises load selection. The system incorporates historical market and operational data, driver inputs, current congestion levels as well as consignor and consignee specific information. Demand for our captive fleet is sourced from industry agents selected to suit our needs. The value added by Elogist is fundamental to maximising transportation industry’s efficiency and will hence be impervious to disruption in any of the possible future industry scenarios – fragmented market (current), marketplace demand aggregation, and aggregated supply.
