Chalk it Up's on-going mission is two-fold: 1. Give the City of Sacramento a Free 3-Day Chalk Art and Music Festival over Labor Day Weekend. 2. Empower and Support the next generation of Sacramento artists by awarding targeted art grants for young artists and the programs which inspire them. Chalk It Up! is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers and funded through the generosity of our extraordinary community.
