Poise International began as an upscale salon in Beverly Hills. Unsatisfied with the harsh chemicals found in most skin care treatments and makeup, John and Mae Hartberg believed that truly great products started with great ingredients and they began their skincare line. Enhancing one’s natural beauty with elements sourced from nature itself became a hit in Hollywood. Soon John Hartberg had a vision to expand Poise International by creating a line of natural, high-definition makeup products that provided a flawless finish while simultaneously nourishing the skin and soon Poise Makeup was created.
