Allard-Europe is a foundry built for jobbing work, prototypes, single pieces and for small series. We produce iron as well as steel in a wide range of alloys. Casting weights can range from a few kg up to 30t. The foundry has its own pattern shop, cleaning shop and machining shop. The company is equipped with the latest furnaces for the heat-treatment of castings. Machining of the castings can be done in-house. For this purpose 3 full CNC vertical lathes with a diameter range from 2 up to 10 meters are available. These are complemented by 2 milling machines with a range of 2x3 meters. Allard-Europe can offer complete casting engineering services. For this purpose it's equiped with Unigraphics CAD/CAM software, casting simulation and Metronor 3D non-contact measuring equipment.
