Functional Safety Consultancy (FSC) is an independent division within Rockwell Automation Limited providing a wide range of process functional safety engineering and consultancy services to the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, Manufacturing and other industries where safety is of paramount importance. Our capabilities include Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) determination, SIL verification, Functional Safety Management (FSM), Quantified Risk Assessment (QRA), product certification and training in accordance with the requirements of the international standards IEC61508, IEC61511 and ANSI/ISA-84.
