Dorset Opera Festival produces at least two major operas each summer at Bryanston near Blandford Form. Usually sung in the original language, they are fully-staged with with full orchestra and internationally acclaimed soloists alongside emerging British artists and a summer school chorus. The performances are of exceptional quality, attracting the attention of national critics and opera-goers from across the UK and abroad, as well as entertaining loyal local audiences.
