Since 2009, the Fire Slice team has been serving up Amarillo's best pizza, craft beer, unique wines and other delicious food. We focus on YOU and want to provide an amazing dining experience each time you visit. Our special process for making dough yields a crust like no one else's - especially when baked in our perfectly tuned brick ovens. We only procure the freshest, highest quality ingredients we can find - locally, when possible - including artisan cured meats and cheeses. We make our food from SCRATCH, including our house-made Italian sausage, delectable meatballs, sauces & pesto, salad dressing, dessert & more.
