We are a firm providing tax, legal, accounting, labour and management services and registered business address and we are located in Tenerife and Madrid but operate nationwide. We offer these services both to large companies as well as to PYMES (small and medium-sized companies), self-employed businesspersons, professionals and individuals. We began operating on 1 March 2009 in Tenerife, based on the knowledge and experience of Alfonso Padilla Peña, founder of the firm, and the rest of the professional team which comprise the firm. As from 15 October 2012 the firm has an additional office in the city of Madrid as a result of the acquisition of the tax and accounting services firm Consultores A with more than 26 years’ experience in the field. Our philosophy is to offer value added services at reasonable market prices and adapted to the economic-social circumstances present at each moment in time. We also always strive to offer a close and personal service for each client, with full availability, both personally and on the telephone as well as by e-mail. We also feel that it is essential to make the most of the new information technology, both for convenience and accessibility, as well as to reduce costs, the maximum exponents of this being the intensive use of electronic mail, the on-line services we offer through our shared space for document and information storage on the “cloud” and our regular electronic newsletter through which we keep our clients informed and up-to-date on new tax, legal and accounting developments of interest.
