Influx Asset Management Co., Ltd (“Influx”) was officially registered in August 2010 as a private equity investment management company in China. The founding partners have previously held senior executive positions within investment banks and/or asset management firms, and each member of the firm has had extensive experience managing private equity investment in China. To achieve long-term sustainable returns for our investors, Influx will systematically pursue VC and early PE investments, and will opportunistically invest in mature PE or pre-IPO deals.
