The Epsilon Omicron House Corporation of Beta Theta Pi (EOHC) was established to construct and manage the permanent home of the University of Kentucky chapter, the Epsilon Omicron of Beta Theta Pi, at 440 Pennsylvania Avenue in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. Centered around three tenets, the Beta Theta Pi House at Patterson Place must now – and forever – be safe, academic and brotherhood-centered. In order to ensure these tenets, the Beta House is a substance-free facility. The EOHC is responsible for the capital campaign to raise the necessary funds to construct the $3.75 million home and fund the subsequent operating expenses.
