PowerMark was first established in Ipswich QLD, cementing it’s self as a construction finance specialist. The local company grew very quickly, and became an industry leader, dominating the Ipswich finance market. In 2017, Cavill entered into a joint venture with Clem Kian to bring PowerMark Lending to Sydney. As the director of the NSW operations, Clem introduced PowerMark to the local community of Bankstown, opening our first interstate office. The Bankstown office has enjoyed the same success as Ipswich and under the guide of Clem, continues to quickly grow quickly. 2017 also saw the opening of an additional QLD office in Cavill’s home town of Warwick. Again, the PowerMark brand integrated with the community and became an in industry leader in the local market. Our Vision PowerMark Lending’s vision is to bring choice to the finance industry.
