Our company assists physicians with their job search by providing compensation analysis, market research and medical staff plan assessments. MedPlan was founded by Kelly A. Bownes over thirty years ago. Throughout the years, MedPlan has assisted clients in strategic planning, establishing hospitalist programs, Centers of Excellence and primary care networks.
