About Us: KPI Consultant Group was founded under the philosophy that in order to truly solve a problem one must first identify and correct its root cause.  This means looking beyond just the tangible -- numbers, policy, procedure -- and incorporating things like human behavior and psychology into a more comprehensive business solution.  This holistic outlook on problem solving enables us to provide unparalleled, sustainable value to our clients long after project completion.  Louis Owens and Youssef Heikal transitioned into the consulting field after being consistently called upon to overhaul underperforming locations while working for Verizon Wireless retailers.  This innate willingness to fulfill the needs of the business offered them the opportunity to repeatedly identify and solve complex business problems outside of their normal scope of work.  Although the obstacles these locations would encounter varied, there was a common thread among them. They almost always failed to properly develop human capital, implement intrinsic motivation strategies and create effective hiring/onboarding strategies.  Much like a doctor reviews a patient's symptoms, so too did they analyze those of the businesses they worked with.  The prognosis was glaringly obvious: Most businesses are wasting money because they aren't using strategic, root-cause analysis to problem solve.  After refining our strategy, KPI Consultant Group was formed; continuing the founders' mission to deliver a more comprehensive, value-based solution to businesses looking for substantial organic growth.
