The Future Lab is a brand-new innovation department within bpost. We are a special team that breaks away from the larger organization to work autonomously on an advanced or secret project. We always seek an open-minded and empathic mindset both internally and externally (🎤-drop) Our goal is to launch new products and services into the market, in order to become the leader in eCommerce logistics in Europe. What is this team about? Our team takes a human-centered and eco-conscious approach to design. We’re a multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers and prototypers that rapidly execute; we build prototypes, proof of concepts, measure the successes and failures and iterate further. Hands-on for sure. We are looking for creative people (♂ and ♀) that are passionate about delivering novel and disruptive solutions to big problems (buzzwords, but TRUE!). We aim to build a team of risk takers, self-starters and ambitious professionals with technical, commercial and — most importantly — human affinity.
