We are signatory with the International Union of Elevator Constructors, Local 18 and a member of the National Association of Elevator Contractors. SmartRise Elevator acts as an expert witness for the CSLB. We have recruited highly trained, experienced technicians to combat scheduling timelines in the elevator service industry. With most companies increasing their route preventative maintenance hours to increase their bottom line, we keep ours to 120 hours per month. This allows 40 hours for travel time, trouble calls and minor repairs. The gist, we suit up and show up every month guaranteed, or you don’t pay for that month.
